LSS MN received grant funding to create a parenting skills curriculum for families referred by child protection. The agency wanted a program centered around four core values: love, purpose, forgiveness, and gratitude.
The deliverables
Standard Four designed a blended curriculum including 8 eLearning modules and 9 face-to-face sessions. A custom Learning Management System was designed to house the program.

Rutgers University School of Social Work is tasked with maintaining the New Jersey Child Welfare Training Program. They were asked by stakeholders to re-design the new worker training for child protection workers.

The need
Washington County recognized that social workers were spending a significant amount of time delivering 1-to-1 orientation sessions to new foster parents. They wanted to offer digital resources to help save worker time.
The deliverables
Standard Four transformed an existing orientation binder with handouts into three eLearning modules. These modules were integrated into the Binti licensing platform to reduce the number of visits needed by social workers.

The need
Collaborative Safety is a trusted name in systems reform. Due to rapid growth and limited resources, they did not have standardized curriculum. This made it hard to onboard new staff and ensure their training was consistent and standardized.
The deliverables
Standard Four used existing documents and training resources to create a standardized curriculum that enhanced audience engagement techniques and is easier to learn for new employees.
