Empowering foster parents with information

The services requested

  • Curriculum design and writing
  • eLearning module design

The need

Washington County recognized that social workers were spending a significant amount of time delivering 1-to-1 orientation sessions to new foster parents. They wanted to offer digital resources to help save worker time.

The deliverables

Standard Four transformed an existing orientation binder with handouts into three eLearning modules. These modules were integrated into the Binti licensing platform to reduce the number of visits needed by social workers.

Enhancing child welfare system safety

The services requested

  • Curriculum design and writing

The need

Collaborative Safety is a trusted name in systems reform. Due to rapid growth and limited resources, they did not have standardized curriculum. This made it hard to onboard new staff and ensure their training was consistent and standardized.

The deliverables

Standard Four used existing documents and training resources to create a standardized curriculum that enhanced audience engagement techniques and is easier to learn for new employees.
